Once your form is submitted, Corliss Rose or Sandy Walker from CODA administration will call you for your credit card payment information. Your order will then be processed and your space(s) booked. Confrmation of your registration and booth number will be sent to you via email. Your exhibitor packet will follow via US Mail. Your badges will be delivered to your booth space on Friday October 17, 2008 before the show.
